Audi A3 Cold Start Problems

No matter what the temperature outside is nor the place where the car is parked every time I try to start the engine when cold it fails the first or two first times I do it. My car got problem with head cylinder or head cylinder gasket because burning a bit of coolant liquid so I need to fill up every 1000 km.
